2. Acting under the authority of entropy and its allies
3. Stressing the urgent need for re-examination of technology and progress, and the impact of these agencies upon the social and natural ecology
4. Condemning actions by the state and corporations wherein the focus of such corporation is the extraction of labor and/or ecological resources for the purpose of personal enrichment
5. Further Condemning ideological hegemony and the mass hallucination of control
6. Questioning the path of technology by which humans are de-individualized to pawns and the landscape is converted to uniform surface for endless expansion
7. Calls Upon persons to utilize any tools available for use in the social, political, cultural or ecological battleground
8. Decides that each person shall take all necessary measure to insure unmediated personal expression
9. Decides Further that any means are valid means, as recognized by the supreme omnipotent authority of imaginary gods, non servium
10. Encourages random acts without purpose
11. Categorically Rejecting the culture of inhibition, fear, intolerance, the left wing, the right wing, mediocretins, the humorless, and all spectators
