In September of 2003 the when the WTO met in Cancún, México, the Infernal Noise Brigade was there to great them. It was the third large mobilization for the group, with 25 operatives active for the week of Sep 7 to 14. The INB participated daily in the marches and confrontations, their musical presence an essential part of the manifestations.

This recording provides music much improved from their first CD, with the addition of horns and second vocalist, and many tracks never before recorded. Perhaps the best aspect of this recording is it's capturing of a particular moment and space. The segues between songs, the noises, the crowds, the chaos, and the immediacy of the music represent well this intense experience.

Cobbled together from as many as 5 recording sources simultaneously (including multiple minidiscs, DV camera, hard disk, and DAT), this record is a feat of guerrilla engineering.
